About Chris Jamroz

A commercially oriented executive with a proven track record, Chris Jamroz currently serves as CEO of STG Holdings and chairman of its two subsidiary companies, St. George Logistics and AZ CFS Corp. In less than seven months with the company, Chris Jamroz successfully facilitated the merger of the two aforementioned companies, making STG the largest network of independent container freight station (CFS) facilities in North America. The company is a leading provider of numerous logistics services such as contract warehousing, distribution, and air and ocean CFS services.

Prior to being hired by STG, the York University - Schulich School of Business graduate served as president and COO of GardaWorld Cash Services for six years. Stationed in Boca Raton, Florida, and Toronto, Ontario, Chris Jamroz led the company through growth in employees, armored vehicles, daily pick-ups, and continental clients. In 2013, he received the Governor of Florida Business Ambassador Medal. In addition to various finance positions in Canada, Chris Jamroz has served as head of corporate finance for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s Canadian division. He also served as chair of the company's youth financial literacy program.
