The Royal Ontario Museum’s Saturday Club

Currently leading STG Holdings LLC, which offers warehousing, distribution, logistics, and container freight station solutions, as its president, Chris Jamroz is an experienced business executive. In April 2017, Chris Jamroz achieved appointment to the Board of Governors of the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM).

In addition to hosting several exhibits, including ones related to ancient history and biochemistry, the ROM operates the Saturday Club and other programs for children. Based on its popular Summer Club program, which is one of Ontario’s leading day camps, the Saturday Club offers children the opportunity to participate in a host of activities based on the museum’s many exhibits.

Taking place over the course of eight Saturdays every spring, fall, and winter, the Saturday Club incorporates morning, afternoon, and full-day sessions. Available to children between the ages of 4 and 14, the club creates interactive educational activities and involves participants in artistic and scientific projects.

Session topics vary, ranging from clay work and paleontology to marine activities and sessions based on the popular board game Dungeons and Dragons.
